Clam, Shrimp & Bacon Chowder
One food related new years resolution Scott and I made for 2018, is to eat more fish and seafood.
When it comes to goals, I like stating what I will aim to do “more of”, as aiming to do “less of” something just seems a little too restricting.
Here’s an example: “I will drink more water this month, with a goal of 16 cups per day” versus “I will drink less alcohol this month, with a goal of 0 cups per day”.
See what I mean?! #dryjanuary #ugh
Always looking for ways of getting more protein economically, I came up with this recipe, making use of canned clams and frozen shrimp.
