THIS RECIPE IS GLUTEN-FREE & PALEO.
Hot & Crispy Chicken Wings
Crispy, paleo (Whole30 and keto!), chicken wings DO exist! Who knew?!
I don’t make wings often, but I think I may start.
Typically, I bake them, toss them in a combo of crushed tomatoes, honey, garlic powder and salt, then return them to the oven on broil for a few minutes to slightly caramelize the newly added sauce. They’re pretty good.
But they’re not Hot-and-Crispy-Chicken-Wings good.
With the start of the new year among us, many of you may be following the Whole30 diet for the month to reset. Good on you – and you can do it – and this recipe will hopefully help you get there, and beyond!
These crispy morsels of finger-lickin’ goodness are Whole-30, Keto, and Paleo.
I’d prefer to label them just plain ol’ delicious.
Cheers!

So, there’s good news, and there’s bad news: The Hot & Crispy Chicken Wings recipe was just too good to be floating around the internet.
This drool-worthy recipe is now featured in the Meat & Seafood Edition of my Paleo E-Cookbook Series available for purchase. I promise, it will not disappoint!
