THIS RECIPE IS GLUTEN-FREE & PALEO.

Servings: 6 portions
Ingredients
Dry Mix: Creamy Paleo Oatmeal
To Make 1 Portion
  • 2 tbsp Creamy Paleo Oatmeal Dry Mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 banana
  • fruit of your choice (my fav's are blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
Instructions
  1. To Make 1 Portion: add all ingredients except fruit to a microwave safe bowl (no need to stir).

  2. Microwave for 3 minutes.

  3. Remove from microwave and whisk with a fork until banana is mixed through and consistency is creamy.

  4. Garnish with berries and serve while hot.

  5. Store Dry Mix in a mason jar with a tight fitting lid, in a cool, dry place.
