Rosemary Mandarin Marinade for Beef, Chicken or Pork

THIS RECIPE IS GLUTEN-FREE & PALEO.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.

  2. Remove 1/2 of the marinade and place in a sauce pan and set aside.

  3. Add meat of choice (beef, chicken or pork - my favourite is flank steak) to the large mixing bowl with the marinade.  

  4. Cover and allow to marinade in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour to overnight.
  5. BBQ your meat until a safe cooking temperature has been reached.

  6. While the meat is cooking, bring the marinade in the sauce pan to a boil on medium-high heat.

  7. Once boiled, turn down to low and simmer for 5 minutes. 

  8. When ready to serve the meat, drizzle each portion of meat with the reduced marinade.  ENJOY!
